User Support Specialist
In order to reinforce our 60+ consultants Support team, we are looking for Support technicians to provide assistance to users with our clients based in the Canton of Geneva, Vaud and Neuchâtel.
- Provide support services to users within Microsoft environment (Windows 7 and Office 2010 mostly)
- Coordinate and follow the incident management processes
- Optimize the service quality following the best practices defined with our clients
- Be a point of contact for the users and solve their problems when needed
- Software environment: Microsoft Windows XP and 7, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP
- Hardware environment: DELL laptops, Cisco (networks & IP telephony), Mobile platforms (Apple, HTC, ),
- Degree in informatics, Microsoft Windows 7 (MCTS) and ITIL v.3 certifications
- You should have excellent relationship and communication skills, and a good presentation
- A significant technical support experience at 2nd level support position.
- Proficient with Windows 7
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments and related business applications
- French and English
