The jury of Le Meilleur du Web (Best of the Web) announced their winners, at a ceremony on 26 November 2014 in Geneva, for awards that recognise the most outstanding work of web and digital agencies in western Switzerland. Over 100 entries were received this year.
FIRST PRIZE FOR CREATION - Caran d'Ache
blue-infinity had a successful night, with the jury awarding first prize for Creation for the marketing site for Caran d’Ache, thanks to its combination of first-class aesthetics and attractive media. The jury took into account the high-level design, clear cut effect and simple functionality, entertainment and expressive power of visual creation amongst other factors. View the video below.
FIRST PRIZE FOR USER EXPERIENCE - Olympic Museum
blue-infinity also received first prize in the User Experience category, for the Olympic Museum tour app. The practical and easy navigation, excellent ergonomics and functionality as well as the quality of the final application best adapted for its audience contributed to this success.
blue-infinity's work was shortlisted for Romande Energie in the Technology (certificate) and Business Efficiency categories (certificate), Mavic in the Online Marketing category (certificate) and the Olympic Museum app in the Technology category (certificate).
In recognition for their efforts, the winning teams took away the Meilleur du Web “cube”.

Le Meilleur du Web's goal is to push digital agencies to strive for excellence, year after year. The 4th Edition was held at FER Geneva. Prizes for nine different categories were organized by Victoria Marchand (Cominmag) and Thierry Weber (Breew.com).
