Innovative solutions at attractive prices
Small businesses and multinationals outsource entire areas of their activities.

What is outsourcing, the externalisation of tasks?

Business needs rich and varied skills. Accounting, human resources, marketing and information technology are essential for improving everyday society. Outsourcing presumes that it is more efficient to perform certain tasks outside the company. This outsourcing is primarily motivated by a need to reduce costs, but also by the lack of specialized resources internally.

Outsourcing IT needs to an external service provider has become a common practice. Why?
Thanks to outsourcing, companies alleviate technical problems and can focus on their core business and productivity. Standardized projects (i.e. payroll systems or resource planning) are easier to outsource. For others, more specific to the company's business, outsourcing is less clear because it requires more flexibility and a close collaboration between the client and the external service provider. We thus propose hybrid models.

Companies require quality IT solutions at very competitive prices. How do you do that?
To remain competitive, we have decided to offer certain services, including related IT support from a foreign base close to Switzerland. It's also because we do not always find enough qualified IT engineers in the local market. Thus we recently opened an office in Lisbon. We work with highly trained IT professionals who match our corporate culture. We have also opened offices abroad to support our customers in their foreign expansion, such as in China. In this way, we can always offer tailored IT solutions and proximity.
