Brendan's goal is to support and accompany blue-infinity's clients in their digital transformation, in order to optimize business processes and customer relationships.
Originally from France, Brendan spent the last seven years in Toronto and Paris where he held several management positions in consulting firms. He naturally chose to specialise in Salesforce-based solutions in 2011, a choice that allowed him to carry out over twenty CRM implementations for large and medium-sized international accounts.
Brendan has acquired strong Salesforce expertise by obtaining over ten Salesforce certifications, including Community Cloud. “I'm proud of my Salesforce achievements. blue-infinity offers me the opportunity to build on my strengths. But certifications and expertise are nothing without soft skills, I believe that empathy is the key to success when it comes to managing multicultural teams and delivering international projects”.
As Delivery Manager at blue-infinity, six years of experience in various positions have enabled Brendan to gather a set of best practices that help him be efficient when facing new challenges and contexts. “I knew of blue-infinity's reputation before I moved to Geneva. I felt that joining this company was the perfect challenge to take me out of my comfort zone and enjoy new challenges. I was also looking for a place where life balance matters.”
Brendan enjoys living in a city with such an international background and lifestyle. Besides work, he has a passion for oenology and vineyards. “At some point, a glass of wine is as unique as our client challenges.”
