Salesforce World Tour with Laura

The equivalent of Dreamforce condensed into one day, the Salesforce World Tour takes place in big cities like Paris and London - it's also known as Salesforce Essentials in the smaller locations like Zurich and Prague. What's happening there?

blue-infinity Salesforce expert Laura Diaz is embarking on two stages of the Salesforce World Tour and is honoured to have been invited to participate, heading to Madrid and London for two of the stops.

"Around 3,000 people are attending Madrid. I'll be interviewed by Computerworld TV to help promote the dreamOlé event and give a talk in the Developer Forest. "There's a chance to win a ticket to dreamOlé, if you leave us your business card!" she says. "My talk will provide an overview of the Salesforce Platform." As a Salesforce Community member, Laura will partake in Trailhead organisation, and help people earn Trailhead Badges in the Forest.

For the London stop, Tim Grosser Head of Digital Transformation IATA is a speaker. Tim's responsibilities include using digital technology to help drive product innovation and process improvements within IATA and across the industry, and for whom blue-infinity is helping lead digital transformation. Laura will collaborate in the Trailhead Zone helping people getting badges in the "Process Automation for Admins" area.

World Tour tickets are sold out and almost 8’500 people are attending. Visitors come from all areas - there will be Salesforce experts and big names, and people who are completely new to Salesforce. "Some of them attend for networking and others purely for discovery." says Laura.

"The value in attending this kind of event is to learn about interesting sessions and meet all the people in the community" she adds.
