Meet the diverse people at blue-infinity that help make us distinctive. Practice Manager, Luis Nunes is a member of Isobar’s Tech Council, led by Global CTO Vikalp Tandon, where he represents blue-infinity and contributes to group IT strategy. His team help ensure our clients offer seamless, personalised customer experiences in a world where mobility has transformed everything about how we act – and interact.
Luis and his team of experts enable household brands and luxury clients to engage their customers across all digital touchpoints. “It’s important to adopt a transversal vision on strategy and solutions,” explains Luis, “E-commerce is transitioning to m-commerce with nearly 1 billion mobile users and Apple devices are the conversion leader that brands are capitalising on. As digital transformation experts, we help provide the 360 experiences their customers crave.”
AI technology also plays a vital role in understanding customer data says Luis, enabling brands to target customers by personalising content. “Chatbots that reach out to customers, or Adobe Sensei which puts AI at the centre of CX, revealing insights that matter – to keep customers coming back,” says Luis.
74% of individuals are using mobile to browse and make purchases. “Our strength is a unique understanding of business value and the best adaptation of technology to suit real client needs. E-commerce is booming and accounts to a nearly a quarter of global commerce. As brands expand globally, we help them leverage leading technologies like Magento, to meet rapid deployment demands and adapt to local market needs,” explains Luis.
In the office, collaboration and cultural exchange are key for Luis, “Stay human, listen and be available to support your colleagues.” Since joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Luis and his team have made synergies with Isobar US on important projects, helping blue-infinity prepare for the future with a clear vision and a thorough appreciation of the broader context of digital business.
We asked what the future holds in digital, “More merging of the senses and technology. Voice command is innovative and has great potential, globally one has to consider language as a challenge and meanwhile, advances in biometrics are expanding innovation in wearables” concluded Luis.
