Planeta Kino, the second largest cinema group in Ukraine keeps their customers informed using various communication channels. With the view to become market leader in Ukraine, they needed to better target their marketing and communication efforts.

As a provider of immersive experiences, Planeta Kino offers 4DX technology, IMAX, RE'LUX, an innovative mobile app, self-service popcorn bar and exclusive events. Yet, the different offerings were running on several platforms and controlled by separate departments & tools which made it challenging to have a 360° view of marketing activities.
