Requirements: 

Our client is looking for a HR Program Manager to oversee the next stage of the development and deployment of the new HR functionalities through Success factor platform .


The program consists of multiple interdependent workstreams (covering Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Functional competencies, Work force planning, and Employee Data etc.) that require coordination and sequencing for effective deployment.


The responsibilities of the HR Program Manager are :

  • To maintain a strategic and global view of the program, including finances, escalating relevant transversal decisions to the steering committee
  • Oversees and manages the program’s scope, ensures that changes are studied, validated by the steering committee
  • Ensure that program progress is effectively monitored, controlled and reported and the realization of benefits tracked
  • Ensure that communication and change management plans are produced and monitored to support effective adoption of the related changes.
  • Supports the Steering committee members in their communication and sponsoring roles.
  • Provides regular communication to the project team, the governance and project external stakeholders.
  • Fosters collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensures that the concepts, systems and services developed are approved at the relevant decisional level and that they are integrated in the organization.
  • Oversees all functional and technical components of the HR IT platform within the scope of the program.
  • Manages interdependencies within the program as well as with other institutional initiatives, escalating issues and risks to the Steering Committee and ensuring that mitigation actions are undertaken and effectively monitored;
  • Represents the program in front of various internal and external audiences.
  • Shares experiences and contributes to the continuous improvement
  • Drives the program team towards achieving the expected deliverables and manages the roles related to the projects within and supporting the program
  • Manages directly a team (10-12) dedicated to the program and indirectly a larger team
  • Manages the platform’s hand over to HR teams in charge of maintenance, administration and support activities.


  • What background is expected

  • Over 15 years of professional experience;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in successfully managing large projects or programs with a multidisciplinary team;
  • Experience in leading large-scale transformations;
  • “Success Factor Platform “implementation experience and expertise required;
  • Financial management experience, budgeting and resource management


  • The ideal profile and skills

  • University degree
  • Change Management Training (PROSCI)
  • Certification in Project Management (eg: PMP, Prince2 etc)
  • Training in managing multiple projects and/or Programme Management Certificate (e,g, MSP)
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
