Requirements: 

In order to reinforce our development team of digital addicts in Geneva (Switzerland), we are looking for a talented Lead Java Developer who could be able to approach multiple projects.

For a first long-term mission, the expert we are looking for will be working together with a team as a technical leader in project related to data migration, conversion and processing within legacy Java based systems.

On this activity, the responsibilities will be:
• Coordination of activities like data migration planning
• Opportunity to manage the features delivery
• Participation in the design and development of Java applications
• Doing reliable and sustainable code
• Apply/follow company development standards
• Assist in the implementation methods, tools and standards
• Ensure the proper follow-up of optimization and quality

Your profile:
• You have a higher education (HES, Federal diploma, ETH) or equivalent training
• At least 5 years’ experience in Java/J2ee development – you are a technical expert
• A previous experience in legacy application migration
• You already have a successful experience as Lead Developer
• Oracle, AWS or Azure Certification
• Knowledge of financial data modelling
• Knowledge of EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
• Ambitious, you like being involved in higher program
• Excellent communication and soft-skills

Languages:
• Fluent french is mandatory
• Fluent english is mandatory
