Requirements: 

In order to reinforce our Alliance & Partnership management unit in Geneva, we are actively looking for a Partnership Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture good relationships with our Software Vendors Partners.
- Manage partnerships in all aspects:
o Sales & pre-sales: Develop and follow up sales acquisition plans, ensure the good cooperation and communication between partners and the pre-sales team, animate sales awareness programs.
o Resources training: Develop training plans and follow up training and certifications of our consultants in order to push partnerships to next levels.
o Marketing & communication: Communicate our latest partners’ activities within our network, organize partnership’s events in collaboration with our marcom department, ensure our participation to major partner’s events, and write case studies and customer references.
o Legal: Lead the signature of all legal documents (NDA, partnership agreement,…) and manage all partnership agreements (renewal, addendum, termination,…)
o Admin: Report activities progress on partner’s portals and internal portals, manage accesses to partner’s portals.
- Develop new partnerships:
o Evaluate the potential of new partnerships for blue-infinity: market and technology monitoring, cold call and meeting organization with potential partners.
o Participate in the blue-infinity’s partnership strategy; understand the evolving needs of the company.

Profile:
- Sensitive to the digital market, trend and digital innovation
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English & French
