Joshua Berger-Paddock is responsible for ensuring that each one of his clients benefits from the right technology, skills and methodology they need to deliver on objectives both today and tomorrow. Josh joined blue-infinity over seven years ago as a consultant and since progressed to Relationship Manager where he manages and coaches Project and Service Managers, to support their teams of varying sizes. He is involved in managing the engagements of individual consultants, project teams of up to 20 people and service teams of 50 or more.
Josh has led numerous successful change initiatives for large, international organizations including operating system and software migrations, BYOD implementation, ECM and collaboration initiatives as well as web projects. He successfully managed the delivery of a Business Process Optimization and Digitization program for a large banking client and lead the transformation of two large support teams into one Fully Managed Service, increasing service timeliness by 25% and user satisfaction by 20% in the first year.
As a catalyst for change and IT consultant with a strong business background, Josh focuses on the “transformational” aspects of digital business. He partners with clients across functions to help them identify, organize and implement the changes necessary to be successful in the digital era. He credits his success to having worked with a number of smart, dynamic and generous people throughout his career - mentors, colleagues and team members – all of whom continue to inspire him every day. Born in Ohio, Josh has since made Switzerland his home and speaks English, French and German. He also plays acoustic guitar.
