He honed his expertise in CRM and Digital at DuPont, including roles in Marketing Excellence (Demand Generation, New Business Acquisition), Sales Excellence (Key Account Management, Sales Enablement) and Digital Marketing (Omnichannel Engagements).
In his role as Head of Client Services, Michel strives to advance our commitment to clients by delivering quality work, tailored solutions and effective services to address growing - and accelerating - digital needs. He promotes cross-functional thinking across the DAN network, bringing together our brightest minds from around the globe.
A proud father of two, Michel enjoys travel wherever it may take him, to meet new cultures, new ideas and challenge his perspective and spent four years US-based in order to build industry knowledge and study trends. Michel has played golf since a young age and enjoys sport in general. He once dabbled in the big screen, founding a company in his teenage years that at the time was a hugely popular movie review website.
Michel’s Alma Mater is HEC Lausanne, following streams in Marketing and Information Systems, as a wanton bet that the future would be at the crossroad of digital and traditional commercial practices. His mantra for success is surrounding oneself with highly talented people who can challenge your assumptions and beliefs. Michel is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
