Philippe Castella brings 25 years of expertise from an executive career in Supply Chain having evolved at leaders in their field, acquiring significant expertise in the digital transformation of supply chains, and now heads blue-infinity Tracking Solutions.

Before joining blue-infinity, Philippe spent two years as CEO at Ionosys, a startup specialized in security, biometrics and identity management solutions. Prior, Philippe brought his expertise to the fore at SICPA, where he developed a digital transformation platform to optimize and secure supply chains, integrating not only serialization, traceability and RFID technologies, but also disruptive ones like IoT, blockchain, LoRA, geo-location and data analytics.
Philippe spent 11 years at SITA, leaders in Air Transport information technology and communications, defining sales strategy and growing the business portfolio. As Director Infrastructure Management Services, he helped prepare for the future by introducing the latest technological innovations. As Area Operations Supervisor at Philip Morris International, he managed contract manufacturing in Spain, Canary Islands and Andorra, improving supply chain operational efficiency.
Philippe speaks English, French and Spanish. His Alma Mater is EPFL Lausanne where he studied a Masters in Physics, later completing a Program for Executive Development at IMD Lausanne and an INSEAD Executive Leadership course. Philippe is a keen tennis player and skier, often taking to the slopes with his family in his native Switzerland.
