Agile sprints and workshops lead to efficient turn around and fluid decision making. For example, a workshop of seven personae represented employees staged in a global scenario with subsequent scenarios derived from it, allowing better design of future solutions.
Through UX, we can better illustrate the navigation principles and recommendations on the zoning of main pages - home, project page, publishing site, directory communities and search results. For example, developing wireframes and visual design in low fidelity ensures alignment with the workload determined in UX studies, the objective being to test the 'out-of-the-box’ functionalities and stay within less than 20% customization.
Key decisions from the workshops are captured and prototyped in the solution's environment with participation of different experts. For example, some demonstrations of scenario based prototypes take place before revealing them to stakeholders. Users benefit from support during the prototype testing period and client confidence increases.
