Elevating IATA through digital efficiency

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 260 airlines and 83% of total air traffic. As part of their digital transformation, they wanted to improve their online presence, Salesforce systems, and IT support desk.

In addition to a new 24/7 IT support desk, IATA has also entrusted us with the redesign of their exciting new corporate website in their ongoing efforts to improve their wider service, to incorporate responsive design, fresh branding and align with business growth.
